As you are likely aware, the United States has been experiencing a nationwide outbreak of enterovirus D68 (EV-D68) associated with severe respiratory illness that has been especially harmful to children. At the same time, you and your communities may also have questions about the Ebola virus. srprom020 2014Oak Hill Union Local School District held its 16th Annual Senior-Senior Prom on Saturday evening, April 26, 2014.  The Senior Citizens of the Oak Hill and surrounding area get to enjoy the prom atmosphere with music and refreshments just prior to the Oak Hill High School Jr.-Sr. Prom.  Hostess Nancy Cherrington opened with a welcome and invocation by Erv Cherrington.

mccorkle board oct13At its October 2013 meeting, the Oak Hill Union Local Board of Education recognized Marsha McCorkle as OSBA's "Outstanding Volunteer" for her efforts with the Growing Oaks Program.  Pictured are Mrs. McCorkle (front center) and board members (L-R) Aaron Michael, Paula Stewart, Mike French, Joe Elcess, and Regina Boggs who showed their support for the Growing Oaks Program by each donating $100 to help the children of our district.
