COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic

The Jackson County Health Department will be hosting a COVID-19 vaccination clinic at Oak Hill Middle/High School.
Date: Wednesday, April 7, 2021
Location: Oak Hill High School Gym
Time: 2:30-7:00 walk-in (no appointment needed)
For: 16-year-olds and older (whole community)
16 and 17 years old:
- Will receive Pfizer vaccine
- Needs a permission note from a parent if parent is not present
- Needs to be accompanied by an adult
18 years old and older:
- Will receive Pfizer or Moderna vaccine
Note: Students who are fully vaccinated will not need to quarantine from school or sports/activities.
