katie m17Katie Moore was crowned 2017 Oak Hill High School Football Homecoming Queen during the September 15th game against Symmes Valley.

Katie is the daughter of Jamie Rowan and Rocky Rowan. She is involved in the Art Club, Student Council, Journalism Club, BPA, and enjoys spending time with friends and family. After graduation, Katie plans to attend either Marshall or Buckeye Hills for law enforcement.

Immunization Requirements

Notice to all students entering the 7th grade: The Ohio Department of Health requires all students entering the 7th grade present evidence of having received a Tdap and a meningitis vaccine prior to the start of the school year.  Please bring updated immunization record to school by the first day of classes.

Notice to all students entering the 12th grade (including CCP students and those attending Buckeye Hills and OHHS): The Ohio Department of Health requires all students beginning their Senior year have a meningitis vaccine on or after their 16th birthday.  Please bring your updated immunization record to school prior to or on the first day of classes.

Athlete of the Year Winner

HonGrad17CarleeCongratulations to Carlee Dempsey, winner of the Adena Sports Medicine 2017 Athlete of the Year award. Carlee, a May graduate of Oak Hill High School, will receive a $3,000 Adena Athlete of the Year scholarship. Additionally, the OHHS athletic department will receive $500.

State Fishing Championship

bass jalea collin17 4The Oak Hill High School Bass Fishing Team competed in the Ohio High School Fishing State Championship held at Alum Creek. Oak Hill had 6 teams that competed in the 64-team field. The team of Jalea Caldwell and Collin Hammond finished 2nd and qualified for the High School National Championship held in Florence, Alabama June 27-July 1.
