Highlights of the 2022 Senior Trip to Washington D.C. included visiting Arlington National Cemetery and observing the changing of the guard; having a dinner cruise on the Potomac River; visiting several memorials, the Capitol, Library of Congress, and Ford’s Theatre.

2022 Honor Graduates

Mr. Randy Layton, Principal of Oak Hill High School, has announced the honor graduates for the Class of 2022. The valedictorians of this year’s graduating class are Mr. Aydan Adkins, Ms. Emma Bartram, Ms. Macie Blackburn, Ms. Chloe Chambers, Ms. Brenna Davis, Ms. Faith Evans, Ms. Brooke Howard, Mr. Quinton Lewis, and Mr. Levi Lyons. The salutatorians are Ms. Abby Lewis and Mr. Garrett McNerlin.
Band & Choir Each Finish #1

The Oak Hill Band and Choir traveled to Williamsburg, Virginia to begin spring break 2022 by performing at the Music In The Parks competition with Busch Gardens. The Choir received an excellent rating and won 1st place in their division. The Concert Band received a superior rating, 1st place in their division and also won the best overall Concert Band award. The Oaks competed with over 20 schools from 8 different states. Congratulations to the Music Department! Click photos for larger view.
