OHULEA sch14The 2014 Oak Hill Union Local Education Association Scholarship was presented to Mr. Cole Hilderbrant. Cole, a member of the 2014 OHHS graduating class, served as choir president and National Honor Society member. Cole is an experienced thespian, most recently portraying the title character in “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.” He has enrolled to the University of Rio Grande for fall majoring in education.

arc scholar14Oak Hill FCCLA is pleased to announce Miss Kasey Boggess as the 2014 American Red Cross Making a Difference Scholarship winner. Kasey is a graduating senior at Oak Hill High School. She is also a Red Cord Honors winner, having participated in three blood drives during her senior year.

Hope attends the University of Rio Grande.  She really enjoys her classes and has completed 15 hours of observation in the pre-school center on campus.  She really enjoyed her first year and cannot wait to return to classes in the fall. She is seeking a PreK-3rd grade license and a 4th and 5th grade endorsement, as well.
