Marching Oaks at OSU

MOBatOSU1 oct21The Marching Oaks were special guests at the Ohio State vs. Penn State Skull Session held in St. John's Arena on Saturday, October 30, 2021. According to the Ohio State News website, "the Skull Session originally served as a final music rehearsal for the Ohio State Marching Band prior to its performance on the field. It has evolved into one of the most anticipated game day traditions for Buckeye fans."

Battle of the Bands Champs

battle of bands champOn October 13, 2021 Oak Hill Marching Oaks traveled to Buckeye Hills Career Center’s “Battle of the Bands” Drug Free Club of America annual event. The MOB was chosen by the student body vote to be the Champions for the 2nd year in a row!! They will be presented their Champion trophy at the next home game on October 22nd vs Waverly.

Photo of Marching Oaks Band at Ohio State InvitationalThe Marching Oaks will perform on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at the Ohio State vs. Penn State "Skull Session" in St. John's Arena. This event is free and open to the public. However, you must arrive extremely early to be guaranteed entry and seating as it will be full at capacity at this event. The time of the game has yet to be announced for this day so the time of the skull session is unknown at this time as well. The Ohio State University will stream the Skull Session online at https://www.youtube.com/c/OhioStateNews

Marching Oaks Perform

On October 2nd they traveled to Logan High School for the Logan Fall Festival of Bands and represented our school and community with style and class! Congratulations MOB on a job well done.
