Active Acorns Winter Session
The Active Acorns Winter Team had their first meeting with Krav Maga instructor Scott King as first guest. The students learned about self defense, especially that the best defense is to not to be in the situation at all! Scott has visited the Acorns six times now, and his presentations get more hands-on and more informative each time. The Active Acorns is sponsored by the Jackson County Health Department, Holzer Health Systems, and private donor Wendi Waugh. January 2019
