Walking Oaks Achievers
Congratulations to two OHES students for achievements in the Walking Oaks Club. Fifth grader Ashton Sturgill (L) has again achieved 100 miles walked and earned a pedometer and new watch. Third grader Bentley Hamilton (R) achieved 25 miles walked and earned the club t-shirt. Great job, students! Active Acorns Fall Session
The Active Acorns Fall Team had its final meeting for 2018. The 36 members enjoyed a variety of physical activities during the meeting, ones that encouraged teamwork and problem-solving. In January, the Active Acorns Winter Session begins, but the Fall Team members will participate in the Spring field trip and parents’ night activities as well. December 2018
