50-Mile Walker

Congratulations to 5th grade student Harleigh Coy for achieving the second level in the Walking Oaks Club, 50 miles walked at recess! For her efforts, she received a pedometer.

Board Recognizes Students

Principal Adam Michael and Assistant Principal Whitney Crabtree were present at the March 2015 Board of Education meeting to recognize the following students as Millionaire Readers: (front, L-R) Aden Ford (gr. 5), Walker Fowble (gr. 2), Chloe Chambers (gr. 5), Garrett McNerlin (gr. 5), Two-Millionaire Word Reader Alexis Weese (gr. 5), and Riana Pena (gr. 4).

These students (front, L-R) were also recognized for Completion of Common Core Reading – Study Island: Chelsea Cattee (gr. 3); Completion of Common Core Math – Study Island: Franklin Adkins (gr. 3), Sara Coon (gr. 3), Mason Davis (gr. 3), Carly Jones (gr. 3), Melanie Shepherd (gr. 3), and Nathaniel Shephard (gr. 3).

Walking Oaks Club Achievers

Congratulations to two 5th grade students on their recent Walking Oaks Club achievements. Garrett McNerlin (L) reached 50 miles walked and earned a new pedometer. Addison Dickens (R) reached 25 miles walked and received the Walking Oaks Club t-shirt.
