aikido1 nov16The OHES Active Acorns White Stripe Team recently enjoyed learning Aikido from Sensei Todd Crabtree from the Seishin Ryoku School. Todd has visited the Active Acorns for four straight years, and he is always one of the most popular presenters.

active ems2The Active Acorns Black Stripe Team welcomed Boats West from the Jackson County EMS at its recent meeting. Boats taught the Acorns about proper emergency response, Epi Pens, basic first aid, and CPR.
